Certificação Internacional / Internacional Certification: Cambridge Exams
A ESFERA utiliza o Cambridge ESOL (English for
speakers of Other Languages) como indicador externo para
certificação internacional no idioma inglês,
adotado como segundo idioma de acordo com o currículo
bilíngüe estabelecido pela escola. O Cambridge
ESOL é aplicado regularmente aos alunos de Y3, Y5,
Y7, Y9* do Ensino Fundamental e as provas nas quatro habilidades
(Compreensão, escrita e oral, leitura e escrita)
encaminhadas para a Inglaterra, onde é realizada
a correção e a certificação
atestada pela Cambridge University.
Os exames são realizados anualmente na
escola por examinadores externos, de acordo com rígidos
padrões e seguirão sistematicamente em séries
alternadas até o final do ensino fundamental.
Os pais e os alunos das séries acima indicadas
receberão informações específicas
a partir do 2º. Semestre e podem ficar à vontade

As a way to ensure an external assessment of our students’
English language acquisition, Esfera has established a partnership
with Cambridge ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)
to apply English examinations for children in Y3, Y5, Y7
and Y9* every year.
The school has chosen the Cambridge YLE (Young Learners
English Tests), for children in the grades mentioned above,
assessing the 4 language skills: reading, writing, listening
and speaking. The tests aim at measuring language ability
accurately, fairly, and in a motivating way. Cambridge ESOL
(English for Speakers of Other Languages), is the part of
the University of Cambridge that provides qualifications
for learners of English.
The exams are well known for their high quality assessment
of real English, as used in everyday work, study and leisure
situations. Cambridge ESOL exams are the world's leading
range of certificates for learners of English. Each year
they are taken by over 1.75 million people, in 135 countries.
